Private equity firm commissions BlueArc to monitor mezzanine loan agreements

More and more private equity investors are shifting their investment making decisions in the provision of mezzanine capital to project developers. The underlying mezzanine credit agreement requires close monitoring.

The focus of such contracts are for example, the fulfillment of the borrower's disbursement requirements, the development of construction activity during the financing phase, the target / actual reconciliation and the recognition of risk factors, the ongoing reporting to the lender and much more.

BlueArc was entrusted with the ongoing monitoring of such mezzanine loan agreements on June 1, 2018, and at the same time advises the investor from the perspective of real estate management on the initiation of future mezzanine projects.

Since 1 June 2018, BlueArc has been marketing a commercial and office park near Munich in a qualified exclusive contract. The property amounts to approx. 40,000 sqm, the rental space is around 25,000 sqm.

BlueArc Goes Fashion

BlueArc has been mandated looking for business property management of Fashionhouse in Duessedorf since June 2017. The trade property is located in Stockum close to the airport; the property compromises about 17.000 qm plus about 900 parking spaces.

The building includes also several retail spaces and showrooms for the worldwide fashion sector.  BlueArc is responsible for all business processes from rental accounting to detailed reporting.

Paul Schulze Düllo supported BlueArc-Team

BlueArc will also go for expansion in the future. We are pleased that M Dipl-Kfm. Paul Schulze Düllo is supporting BlueArc team as key accountant since July. He is assuming responsibilty for intensive and continuous customer care of our family offices and is providing our management in business development.

Paul will contribute his many years‘ experience in institutional and private investors from his former banking activities.

The internationally well known Asset Manager CR Investment Management GmbH has commisioned BlueArc with the sales operations of an NPL-Residential Portfolio in Northrine-Westfalia. BlueArc successfully distribute the properties under their distribution brand "real2value" to private and institutional investors.

BlueArc achieves the full occupancy at "K-LAN" through the letting to Portigon AG (former WestLB). After the successful letting history, BlueArc succeeded in letting all remaining spaces. As Landlord Representative on behalf of Real I.S. AG, a subsidiary of Bayern LB, BlueArc has achieved the full occupancy of a 16,000 sqm office space in Dusseldorf-Heerdt within 22 months.
